   This was Kari’s and my 3rd cornucopia and every year it gets better. The improvements we have made over these years has been fantastic. I am very proud of where we have come and it is all due to the phenomenal trainers and support from everyone at locals gym. We really consider everyone at the gym part of our family and without everyone it wouldn’t be the same.

   The Kimballs’ have come along way since they started and we are proud to have done the cornucopia wod with them. Both of them have seen tremendous improvements not only in weight loss but also strength building.

   My fun times include finishing the 100 day burpee challenge (If you don’t know what it is ask me) and thinking it would be cool to do every workout with a weighted vest.

   Thanks for the support everyone and we will see you at the gym!

   As I walked out of the gym after doing cornucopia for the 3rd year I felt great! The first two years not so much. The first year I had only been a member for about 45 days and had no idea what I was getting myself into. I am really excited about how far I have come in the 2+ years with the Local’s.

   As I write this I am feeling very proud of my 10k completion, my growing strength in weightlifting, and my continues improvement in pull ups and double unders and the ablility to do more and more wod’s Rx 🙂

   Some of my favorite memories are gilligan, the 3 hour tour workout on one of the hottest days of the summer. Crossfit bowling for Art’s birthday. I have never had so much fun bowling!

   As Kev said this truly is our family and we are thankful to have each and every one of you in our lives 🙂 I look forward to another great year.
